Nine Flowers prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

LOYALTY

Loyalty will be collected in full price purchases in store or online (some products excluded). Loyalty does not include on sale items, discounts or gift vouchers. $400 needs to be spent within 12 months and the voucher expires after 4 weeks. The loyalty reward cannot be given as a gift and can be redeemed on full goods only. Nine Flowers reserves the right to change any loyalty terms and conditions at any given time.

PACKAGING

Nine Flowers takes care and pride in packaging our products. We seek light, durable, sustainable options and check, wrap and package your order in our workshop to ensure it arrives safely in excellent condition. Please contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged, is different to your order or somehow faulty. We will ensure to correct the problem immediately. If you decide the item you purchased is not for you, it will be at the discretion of Nine Flowers to offer a customer credit.

Gift vouchers are excluded. We do not hold sale items.

Loyalty points are only earned on full price items Loyalty reward vouchers cannot be used as payment for sale items.

Gift wrapping is not available on sale items

We cannot guarantee the availability of items during the sale and we will contact you as soon as we can if there is an issue with your order. Discounts are not available on pre-orders. No refunds or exchanges (unless faulty).

PRIVACY/PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you purchase something from Nine Flowers, as part of buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We may need to send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for another reason like marketing we will be direct in asking for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say No. If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection use or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us at hello@nineflowers.co.nz
